Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in any services, coaching, courses, or products provided by The Pocket Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, purchasing, or engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

The Pocket Coach provides intuitive coaching, mindset support, energy work, empowerment work, and related guidance. Services may be delivered via text, voice note, email, or digital content.

2. Payment + Billing

  • Payment must be completed before services begin.

  • All services, products, and digital content are non-refundable.

  • Monthly coaching must be paid in full upfront for each 30-day cycle.

  • If payment fails or is not renewed, access to coaching ends immediately.

3. Client Responsibility

By working with The Pocket Coach, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and outcomes.

  • You understand coaching requires honesty, participation, and self-reflection.

  • You will not use coaching as a substitute for emergency support or medical/mental-health treatment.

4. Text Coaching Expectations

  • I aim to respond within 2 hours, Monday–Friday, during reasonable daytime/evening hours.

  • You may message freely, but with intention.

  • Weekends, holidays and overnight messages will be responded to the next available time.

5. Energy Work + Intuitive Guidance

  • You understand energy healing is a complementary practice.

  • Remote energy work is not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.

  • You agree to participate with an open mind and understand results vary.

6. No Guarantees

While my work is powerful, transformative and deeply supportive, I cannot guarantee specific or measurable results. Every client responds differently.

7. Confidentiality

All communication between you and The Pocket Coach is kept confidential, except where required by law (e.g. risk of harm).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.thepocketcoach.uk—including text, course materials, downloads, and messaging content—remains the property of The Pocket Coach and cannot be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

9. Termination

The Pocket Coach reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if:

  • Communication becomes inappropriate or abusive

  • Boundaries are violated

  • You engage in behaviour that compromises safety
    In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Liability Disclaimer

The Pocket Coach provides intuitive coaching, energy healing, and guidance for personal development only. By engaging with any services, you understand and agree that:

  • I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, financial advisor, or legal professional.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or crisis support.

  • You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

  • You agree not to use coaching as a replacement for necessary professional advice or treatment.

  • You release The Pocket Coach from any liability resulting from decisions you make or actions you take before, during, or after coaching.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require medical attention, you must contact the appropriate services immediately.
